The capacity of the machine is 24"/40" designed for fast cuttings straight or miter. Sensetivity of the machine lets cutting with percentage angles. 650 DG NC has PLC system and open to future developments. Touch panel supply easy to use. You can easily find the failure, follow the cutting process or choose the options with the control panel menus. Rollers on the table are designed for easy movement of the materials on machine. Automatic blade tentioning reduces the failure at cutting process. The bow goes down fast until it sences the material so you gain time when cutting different dimension materials. Turn table obtains area disposal , no need to change the angle of the material, changing the angle of the bow is enough.

Siemens NC control allows you to program the angle and the frame will automatically adjust to the desired angle. This control is also open to future developments what we mean by that is we can hook it up to any drill beam line and have the two machines work together as one. This allows you to make an addition to your existing drill line.

Semi Automatic Dual Column Band Saw for Miter Cuts
Semi-automatic Bandsaw for mitre cuts to both sides, hydraulic sawframe feed and lifting, hydraulic material clamping, with parallel downfeed on profile guiding rails, sawframe tilted by 3o, frequency controlled sawband drive, overhead operating panel, adjustable cutting pressure with self-acting infinitely variable hydraulic feed control, mitres to both sides up to 45o + 30o to one side, especially smooth adjustment of sawbow.
